Beautiful by Drew Barrymore Drew Swivel Accent Chair, Cream Boucle

I absolutely love this chair. It’s cute, cozy and good quality. My only issue is that my dog is obsessed, so I have to share it with her. She likes to swivel it facing the window when the sun is shining so she can catch some rays. I think I need a second one (for me)!

So happy with the furniture. Pros: The chairs were easy to assemble and a beautiful beige color. The pillows fit perfectly in place. The chair is firm but soft and very sturdy. Cons: Max weight is 225lbs, so something to be aware of. Had a slight problem with connecting the swivel piece to the chair but corrected the issues with a little extra push/pull to align the seat so that the screws properly alignn.

These chairs are beautiful!! I had waited hoping they would go on sale but never did, I purchased them anyway and am so glad I did. These are large, chair and a half size really, but my Lucy girl is loving her new chair. I purchased two and she chose this one. Assembly is okay, definitely would be easier with two people though. They are comfy and the swivel is perfect. I would hands down purchase again. The blue….really is beautiful!

i am pleasantly surprised how nice this accent chair is. much better then i thought! well made, easy to assemble took my daughter 15min . has 3 pillows i added a lumbar pillow great color looks beautiful in my living room. i recommend this chair. as nice as chairs i looked at that were $700/800

This chair is perfect addition to our bedroom. The size is just right and it's super comfortable. The seemly was easy b it requires two people. I highly recommend!

I’ve been looking to replace our barrel chairs for a while and came across these chairs that were half the price of others. I fell in love with the Fawn Chord thinking it would be a perfect fit for my room. My 14yo son hauled them in the house and assembled them by himself. I checked the measurements and knew they would be larger than previous. They are very comfortable and have quite a sturdy feel to them. My only disappointment is the color. The fawn chord is much lighter than it appears in the images online. They almost looked like they have a hue of pink in them where I was really hoping more of a light tan. Changing light throughout the day changes the color slightly. I love them more this morning than I did mid afternoon yesterday. For $200 a chair, I’ll keep them and make them work.

Purchased in May of 2025 - we’ve had our chair for 6 months . Comfortable and roomy just what I wanted! Loved the textured appearance. However, the fabric got very dirty very quickly; we’re older adults no children , and did not clean up well with upholstery cleaner . Also disappointing is the cute textured loops of the fabric came “ undone” and now the seat looks like an old sweater all pilly and dull. I wanted the textured fabric because I have cats and if by chance they clawed at it you wouldn’t notice it…. The swivel is nice and smooth , the assembly was 30 seconds but the durability of the fabric is very poor

I'm really big on customer service. The chairs are nice they come delivered in massive boxes. That are very heavy. Packaged nicely. However, I purchased 2 and they both came scuffed with dirt marks and stained in yellow. I called customer service and they said no returns. I only had the chairs for 1 hour. They then offered me $5 off. They did attempt to resolve the issue but sending out products with quality control issues and expecting me to exchange is inconvenient as they are huge. Also considering I ordered two and they both had the same issues.

Received the chair but pieces were missing. We are unable to put the chair together. Spoke with customer service and they said they would send me a new chair the following day, to dispose of the chair with the missing pieces. Called customer service and was told that they were unable to send a new chair because they were out of stock and offered a refund. Before accepting the refund I saw that the chair was NOT out of stock. So I was then told that the chair would be delivered the next day. Then I was told it would only be delivered if I give them the damaged chair. Which I had already disposed of as told by customer service. They also refused to give me a refund which I was offered earlier. Someone in the customer service department needs to retrain the workers to be honest and not make promises that they know they won’t keep. I’m very sad and disappointed for the dishonesty.

Arrived stained and discolored in many areas. So disappointing. It is too large for me to return or exchange and who’s to say the next one won’t also be stained/discolored. I would like at least a partial refund. I shouldn’t have to pay full price for a stained chair.
