Beautiful Textures® Naturally Straight Texturizer Kit

I applied this product as directed two days ago. My hair has not reverted. This is not a chemical process therefore results will not look like a relaxer nor feel like a relaxer. Expect heat straightened hair that will repel humidity fairly well. My hair is 2b/3b/3c and chemical free. My hair straightens with minimal heat but absorbs moisture then becomes a ball of fluff. This product has effectively prevented the absorption of moisture so far.

OMGosh this was my 1st time using. I have been natural for years, my hair is absolutely the straightest I have seen even with getting silk pressed. The instructions were very ease, I am interested to see my hair once it has wore off but its exciting for now. Picture after a week of product.

I have thick, very tightly coiled hair. I haven't had a relaxer in a year, and nothing has worked to straighten my hair bone straight. Not even a straightening comb (maybe b/c I only have the electric one, not the one you use on your stove). Only a Dominican blow out worked, but I don't have time or money to get that done. My girlfriend recommended this. I followed directions EXACTLY, and when I blow dried I saw NO difference so I was VERY doubtful. But when I flat-ironed it it laid BONE straight!!! I couldn't believe it. CON: my hair feels like it has a very minor residue. I guess that's the product that's intentionally to keep my hair straight. Overall, it's worth it if you want to have straight hair for a little while w/out enduring the harsh chemicals of a relaxer. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

The box looked like it had been stepped on and the shampoo had spilled all inside the box. I have used this kit plenty of times and it works just wish I did not receive a damaged package.

This item did not hold up to my expectations. After reading that it would loosen my curl pattern and straighten my hair, I knew my hair would come out beautifully, because I used relax my hair. However, five years ago I stopped and had been natural ever since. After putting the product on my hair, I let sit for the allotted time and continued to style my hair. After flat ironing my hair it was puffy not straight like the box described. So, I would not recommend this product if you think that it would give you a salon type of silk press as it describes. I was truly let down.

Product is awful. Makes your hair stink like spoiled milk if you sweat. This product also makes your hair extremely dry. I do not recommend this item at all. Waste of money.
