I am Braidsbyshanna based in nyc and I use this product for my clients... I have no complaints about this product. No residue, no itching, no turning white or gray, adds lots of shine and neatness to braids and twist. I enjoy using this product and will continue to use it. I normally buy the 3 for $21 which is good price compared to most sellers. I give shine n jam a 9/10. This product is indeed the product I use for all my styles.

works better on my hair
I've used this product before but it was out of stock at my local Walmart in the this size. So I bought a similar one from the same company but it doesn't respond to my braids the same way. For example, the gel in this product seems a little less stiff than the previous one that I ordered although are the same hold.

Almost half of the contents is missing!
The product is good but it looks like someone opened the jar, stuck their fingers in it and dug out almost half the product! Most likely at whatever warehouse this was shipped from. The jar should have some type of anti-tamper protection. Just saying...

Some of the product is gone
When I got the product a big scoop of it was missing. Almost as if someone used a spoon and scooped it out! I can't return because I really needed it but just wanted to warn others.

A chunk of the product is gone
Walmart needs to start check their products before sending it out, a chunk of the product is gone. I really needed this but am not going to pay for half the product.

2/3 of product
There is no problem with the actual product. I received the product via delivery today, Wednesday, February 18 however, upon opening the jar, there was 2/3 filled with 1/3 of the jar being empty.
