My daughter has long thick hair and this works perfectly for her hair type. It loosens her wave thick hair tight to make it more manageable. I don't leave it in more than 10 minutes because I don't want her hair to get straight. The products it comes with the shampoo, the conditioner oil all of them superb ingredients. Perfect for my daughter‘s hair type..

I've used this for years but something about seems different about it. My hair feels a bit heavy and my curl pattern isn't the same. I'm not sure if they have changed the product, though they are hard to find now and they just may be old. But overall until I find a suitable replacement I'll buy it again.

I'm not sure if I have any issue with the product. and I don't know if the product was damaged during shipment but almost all the liquid activator had leaked out, the box was unopened but the bottle looked opened.

This is a good item/brand. However these items arrived leaking in the box that it was delivered in. The bottle was empty, the top was still on and all the liquid wasted inside both boxes. The instructions paper was soak and wet. Walmart is allowing anyone to sell damage items on their Website. This look as if it's becoming the norm!

Order delivery today! But everytime I purchase this product the oil is either missing or spilled. Is someone only targeting and sabotaging this particular brand/product? Because the most important part is the oil that seems to always missing or leaked into the box?? Please do better!

This product was delivered damaged with something leaking so I was unable to use it. And to get a refund, I have to go drive to a store to return it, which seems dumb.

when I opened the box the anti-breage nourishing oils treatment cap was not secured. all of the oil treatment spilled in the box and all over the instructions.

I thought that by this being a kiddie relaxer/texturizer my scalp would be safe. It was more harsh on my scalp than an adult relaxer. I don't need a super relaxer/texturizer. I cannot recommend this. But to each their own if you choose to use it.

They do not give enough texturizer. Only half the bottle was filled and it was not enough for a large afro sized amount of hair. I left it in for 12 min, no change to hair. Hair is still in unmanageable state as it was before.
