I love this product. I have used this product for years. It straighten my hair and does NOT burn. I have short hair, so sometime I can get by with using half the Activator (1A) pouch and half the Creme Relaxer (1B) pouch. Great product.

Happy to get four touch ups in one box just for $5. Very reasonable. I use it on adults hair and it works well.

I love that this product by African Pride has promoted growth and management for my hair. As an adult, I have tried other relaxers and haven't done the job of making my hair shiny and smooth. I just love it!

The product itself is awesome. I've used it on my daughter's head twice now and the finished product is always great. My daughter has thick, coarse, shoulder length hair and each time it ends up whistle straight. I've used other no-lyes, but this is the only one she says she feels absolutely no irritation. Has a nice scent too. To me the pouches are better than the tub. You have more control over how much relaxer you mix/use as opposed to wasting any. Just as stated, I only needed two applications to do my daughter's entire head (she needed more than a touch-up). I got two generous washes out of one shampoo pouch. By the third wash, the suds were all white. The detangling conditioner is good as well. I used about 3/4 of a pouch. The negatives: they're four applications but only one set of gloves and one wooden spatula. And although indicated on the packaging, there is no mixing tub included. You will have to have your own and it must be plastic, no metal. Same with whatever you use to mix the relaxer. The pouches do sit (in the box) in a flimsy rectangular plastic tray, but nothing I would use to mix the relaxer in. At the end of the day, great product at a great price, buy it!

Hard to get to the salon during these times so my hair desires recommended this product. I never gave myself a perm and found this easy to use and I was pleased with the results.

Beware it broke my hair off. After several years of going natural and the inability to go to a hairdresser, I decided to get a kiddie relaxer so that i could comb my hair. Big mistake. My hair came out in chunks when i was washing the product out. Just be cautious it did not work for me it was too strong. I followed the directions carefully as i was worried about the outcome

A child shouldn't use this product, nobody should. I lost a lot of hair and I was pretty careful using it. I took pictures.
