Excellent for virgin hair . I use it around my hair line only to smooth the rough edges. It's so easy and I definitely recommend it. Safe for kids and adults.

The rating has nothing to do with the product, I've used this for years. It has everything to do with damage packaging. I purchased two box relaxers which were shipped with bubble paper and placed into a bigger box. One of the boxes is fine, the other box I believe the product was already damaged before it was placed in the box because it only took one day to ship. In the attached photos, It has a leaky crusty residue on the outside of the box. I started the process of return %26 will inconveniently return to Walmart to get a refund.
