I like this simple button collar!!

We've lost a few and have tried different models. This is the one we like the best and have returned here to Walmart buy again. It has a wrist strap,and the buttons are situated well. The light on it is helpful indeed. Best of all, the collar has a ring on it, so you can attach a lead.

Worked great for a little over 2 months. Charged both the collar and remote last night overnight (as I have done 2-3 times before), but when I checked on it this morning the display light on the remote was all funky. I can't really read the digits anymore unless I tilt the remote weirdly, and the digits for power go up and down, but it's still very hard to read them. The battery from what I can see on the remote has stayed the same since I put it on the charger last night. Sound and vibrate still work as usually when I click the buttons on the remote. I can still use the flashlight functions on both the collar and the remote, but I noticed the shock does not work anymore. Not sure how long that's been going on or if it's related to last nights incident, but it would explain why my dog hasn't been reacting to the shock for a while. Device is still usable since I never really used the shock anyways, but it's pretty frustrating that the display is the way it is now. The remote is holding a charge for now, but I'm pretty baffled on the shock button and the display. I ordered the protection plan so I'm probably going to reach out and get a new one delivered, because otherwise. This collar has worked great for my dog, although with time it's gotten harder and harder for him to let me put it on him. That may be unrelated though. Maybe he knows something I haven't noticed yet.

I don't like it! It doesn't work like my previous collar which still works. I don't know how to get it to work correctly. The battery life runs down to quickly.

For some reason or another it does not work. I have been trying to get it to operate properly. I've given up may order another one to try it, but this one definitely is no good.

Instructions do not include collar assembly.. no diagrams. Rubber charging cover (power button) came totally off and does not go fully back in and may not be waterproof or stay on. As this will need to be removed/replaced each charging does not seem adequate. Has rubber not metal contacts with 4 covers. Has clear plastic piece with no instructions for use. Cannot return since I bought it over a month prior while dog was at trainer and just opened..

This item was received 4/27/2024 It started out ok but within 3 months it stopped working properly. We recharged many times since and none of the modes work. I have another one from another company that has worked for years now. I feel this item is defective and should be replaced by manufacturer.

The collar worked for 2 weeks, then it stopped working. It will not charge.

rubber piece broke off prong and shock no longer works. i purchased because it was like the slopehill brand. both are crap. viewed company website, phone number listed as 18001231234 complete crap. i will be returning this to walmart on saturday.
