The best thing I have ever purchased. It makes training your pup so much easier and the best part is you don't have to use the shock feature. I like to use the sounds. She knows to come to me or stop what she's doing when she hears it. It's been great for getting her to come to me when I let her out to potty. The set up of the device was super easy. YES make sure you charge for two whole hours first so the device works properly, but it absolutely wonderful.

Our little guy thought he had to fly out doogy door every time someone came. Not everyone wanted to see him. Just the sound setting hit the button and stopped him in his tracks. It charges on c charger and stays for days. So glad we got it

This works!!! Our pet responded to the tone and vibration and in a short time he has been house broken and is rapidly learning his outside boundaries. Kudos to you

Everything works great but the clip broke on the collar, and having a hard time finding another collar to fit the item. Need a replacement collar

can't switch modes quickly, have to look at the screen and hope you didn't change it by mistake. so when you NEED to use the shock (on lowest setting) like during a fight or aggression, you have to take out the remote, make sure it's not on beep ( beep means come for my dog, vibrate is warning or stop doing what she's doing, shock is ONLY for aggression). too cumbersome to switch modes when seconds really matter.

This product is horrible! I tried to get a hold of the manufacturer but they dont have a customer service number. My poor 3 pugs have burn marks because of these collar, I kept the sillicon contact points on. I am sure these were defective. If I could give it no stars I would!

The battery on this does not last very long. I bought it for a small older dog that likes to wander. Twice already the battery has went dead and I have had to go look for the dog

I had to charge the collar every day. It would stay on the charger for hours and would show a full charge, the next day the battery would be dead again. I would not recommend this product

We followed all the instructions included with the product to the letter. We want to train our rescue pup with help from a collar %26 transmitter. It would work half the time. We studied many videos how to use it humanely and responsibly. We will Never use the "shock" feature ever. We started with the beeper and she never responded. We used the vibration and it got her attention 3 times. We worked with her all day, everyday. We look at her in the eyes for her to respond to the word, "Come". She just ignored the prompting of the collar. We took it back and now waiting on another brand. In the meantime we use a simple "clicker" that she actually responds to. However in the dark she ignores it, as it is not loud enough to get her attention. There are many coyotes at dusk and night time. We want to keep her safe as they can get over fences easily. We hope to train until she responds to our voice commands only.
