Both the collars and remote work very well. All the devices are rechargeable and both collars can be adjusted for a wide range of neck sizes. The collars are reflective and you can turn on a flash light for both the collars and the remote. The remote can also support a third collar (sold as an extra). The range is good too but may have interference with buildings that are metal. The collars have static, vibrate and tone. I personally don't use the static but the tone is very useful if you teach your dogs to recall to the sound. The vibration option is good for dogs who are hard of hearing or really sensitive to correction/sound. The only frustrating thing about the product is that you have to put the collars together, including the snap clips and that took me a minute, but it wasn't terribly hard .

love this collar and so mmuch. better than last one. love the way you onllly have to push a button and collar auto. comes on. battieries last. 2 weeks.. great little. collar aand highly reccomend thhis one. great plrice for all you get. t.y.

The charger is wonky won't charge both collars or a collar and remote. Any way we can get a replacement charger?
There is no one to contact for set up support
I charged this collar and tested it. It doesn't beep at all. It doesn't vibrate. It doesn't shock at all. The collar started fraying as soon as I put it together,
the clip on the one collar. broke and the collars themselves are very cheaply made the kevlar material is cheap and the dog chewed through it
Received with damage. Cheap lily made. Don't recommend!
If you want your poor babies fur and skin burnt off then this is perfect. I am beyond livid.
