I put these inside my mother‘s overnight pull-ups. Of all the brands I've tried, I like these the best … that little extra buffer in the back the butt is why. When she leaks, it's always wet at the top of the pull-up. That fan out shape at the bed end is better than no shape. I'm not gonna lie, though. I haven't found any booster or pull-up panty where you never have a leak, but I think these are much better than anything else I have tried.

I'm on the fence about moving to adult diapers. And this product is actually meant to be used inside an adult diaper to provide extra coverage. I have started using these at night on top of my incontinence pad at night. It works really well. I don't normally wake up at night to go to the bathroom, so I need extra coverage at night. If you're like me wanting to add protection to your pad or adult diaper, I would recommend this.
