I have tried several brands and to date this is by far the best that I have found. Comfortable, can wear with jeans or leggings easily and discreetly and super absorbent! The best thing is that they stay in place and do not 'ride' up in the back side.

This may be TMI but I was rly sick %26 had to get these bc I had diarrhea rly bad %26 every time I stood up there was some coming out. I couldn't keep changing my underwear or have the fear it was gonna go through my underwear AND my clothes! Not only that, but during the first night, it had gone through my underwear, paper towels I put in my underwear %26 a wash cloth, through my sheets, %26 onto my foam mattress topper. It was a mess. I immediately had these delivered by Walmart with some anti diarrhea medication. They are so comfortable, they gave me no wedgies, %26 I had them on with tight biker shorts, %26 no one could tell I was wearing them! I feel like if they can handle diarrhea, they can handle urine, %26 period blood! I'm abt 148lbs %26 got the S/M.

To ladies with incontinence: I have used these for several years. They are budget friendly. Most importantly, they do their job, and they do it well. The night-time ones absorb lots which is so important for keeping your bed dry and yourself clean. Someone recently gave me another brand to try. While they were sufficient during the day, they couldn't handle the nighttime volume and caused me lots of cleanup. I plan to stay with Assurance because they do a very satisfactory job and are more affordable than other brands. Hugs to you who live with this issue. Effective disposable underwear makes such a difference to our quality of life. Hope this review is helpful.

I am over 60 and sometimes I need a bathroom quickly but I am not able to get to one. I use these type of underwear when I know that a restroom is not available or when I have to fly due to moments in which you can not get out of your seat. They are super comfortable and keep me from stressing out about having an accident. They do not irritate my skin.

After surgery, a friend strongly suggested using these adult Pampers. I am 150 lbs and S/M fit perfectly - snug in all the right places and not hot. Unfortunately, I had to make full use of them at least 4 times in the 1st week (%231 and %232). Everything stayed inside the pamper, No external odor, no leakage. My skin didnt feel wet. Luckily I was at home. and able to refresh myself within a few minutes. My only complaint is that the sides should be easier and rip open for disposal. I highly recommended Assurant disposable underwear for women.

I have used mail order brands, as well as brands from other stores, and these are not only comfortable and very absorbent, they are very reasonably priced. They are soft inside without scratchy seams. They are a little bulky but if they are used only at night, that doesn't matter to me, since they are so absorbent.

The absorbency is tremendous. Anyone with Incontinence is already worrying about the leaks being unusually high at any given moment. And I have tried several different brands in the last several years and none of the ones I have tried can hold a candle to the ASSURANCE Brand, the sizing is great, legs tight enough to hold Urine at bay. I do wear then day (while running around) and Nights with no worries and that helps tremendously for my ANXIETY.

It's a decent pull-up for the money. Pretty good fit if you're relatively slim. It's not (for me specifically) proportioned correctly. Therefore causing the product to leak. There are high end brands, ie pricey that has figured out how to make a pull-up leak free!

Not necessarily a problem with the product, but I ordered these from out of state for my grandmother. We ordered a size small, received no notice of a substitution or anything, but what they sent was an extra large. Seriously? When we're taking about items in a certain size, your shoppers need to pay attention or at least give warning that they've substituted something so I could cancel it and reorder. So frustrating to have to deal with this from out of state and she's frantic.

I pay my delivery fee every month to have items delivered to my door. How come some drivers don't read the instructions and are too lazy to deliver to a person's front door? Very Inconvenient. The briefs are great for my mom who had a stroke a few years ago. They fit good.
