Bed Buddy Reusable Microwavable Heat Pack for Lower Back Pain Relief, Moist Heat Therapy

This is just what I needed for relief when I over do it and my back starts spasming and aching. You can wrap it around and lay down or recline and it goes to work in getting rid of the pain and spasm immediately. I wish I had one that fit my entire body from head to toe!

I have used this when nothing else works and gotten relief! I prefer using drug free methods first if possible, and this has kept me from having to take ibuprofen a time or two. I've bought one for my parents and elderly relatives. No complaints yet.

This bad buddy is so nice and it has a belt on it that you can put around you while you're walking around but it is the perfect answer to help painful areas feel better.

Love the bed buddies, be careful you don't leave them in microwave longer than suggested. The reason we have purchased 5 over the years, cause we left them in microwave too long . No problems with being shipped to store, pick up was easy and no shipping fees, yeah .

I put the pack in my freezer for 24 hours before I used it. This item doesn't get very cold and doesn't hold the cold very long. I was disappointed in this item. I haven't used it as a hot pack yet so I can't comment on that feature. I would not recommend it for a cold pack.

The cooling part is not as cold as other products. I bought it for the comfort of not having to rap it in a towel to apply over the skin. The product does not cool long, and the measure of coldness is much less then competitors. I am hoping it works better for heating, that I have not tried.

When I received the Bed Buddy Back Wrap I thought it would be just what I was looking for. I put it in the freezer for 24 hours. I did not try to heat it as I was looking for the cold wrap. When I put it on it stayed cool (not cold) for about 10 minutes and the strap for around the waist did not stay secured. I was very disappointed with this product and had to make a special trip to Walmart to return it. I would not recommend this product or other Bed Buddy products as they do not work. AB

I ordered this after reading other good reviews. First of all it is little bulky, and the main disappointing thing for me was that the heat is only good for about 15 minutes. I am returning this back to the store. I bought the "clay" one from Walgreens (walgreens brand) and that one is better and heat lasts for about 1 hour plus....Do not buy this.

Website didn't mention that the product has latex. The picture of the box didn't mention latex although the actual box does.
