I absolutely love it perfect height very stable and sturdy good quality if only I had bought it 2 years ago when I moved in with my son.! My grandson 21 years old put it together no complaints at all about it being complicated. Anyone that has a 9 “ highly recommended! This chair is atrocious; its pretty short, can't fit on most bigger desks, and has problems with trying to even build it. The screws that they give are just slightly impossible to actually put under the seat due to their lengths, and it feels like if you shift your body, you will fall off. No wonder the price was listed for $280 off. No one should buy it. 0/10

The box did not contain all the parts necessary to assemble the chair. Walmart requested we work with their supplier Naspa to resolve the issue. Naspa said they had no extra parts and offered me a 20% discount to keep the chair. I said no. Emails went back and forth until they offered a 70% discount to keep the chair. All I wanted was an exchange, which they were unwilling to do. Their final email told me to return the chair to Walmart, which I will. The missing parts go in the base which holds the chair rigid.

And the picture. So what I intended to buy (and what was advertised) was a $300 office chair for $90 or so on sale. What I received was a $20-25 piece of garbage that I paid $90 or so dollars for. And now it is broken. And they've wiped it from my order history and replaced it with this bed frame. which I wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole since their chair is such a piece of junk.

I liked that the base of the chair/wheels is metal. However, I specifically bought this chair based on the product description the described it as a big and tall chair with a wider frame. The chair is very narrow and the seat is like sitting on a rock.
