I got the black 6 piece sectional about a month ago and I really like it! We were about to pay 2,000 for one but opted for this one after seeing reviews on tiktok. The pieces are screwed together so you dont have to worry about them sliding around. the cushions are all held in place with velcro strips. The pieces came vacuum sealed in 3 boxes, most pieces filled out nicely. I took the steamer to the other to help with wrinkles and fluff. The ottomans are light, making the easy to move around. pillows are nice and small, it came with more pillows but I wanted to add my own so I didnt open all of them.

Great purchase! I got the 106 inch, U-shape. It's incredibly spacious — perfect for family gatherings or simply stretching out and relaxing. The size and shape of this couch is perfect for our space. I love that the two ottomans are able to be moved around to create the sitting space we desire at that time. Very happy with the couch all around and would purchase it again!

Love this sectional! Soft chenille fabric feels premium, shape fits my living room perfectly, and the movable ottomans make it so versatile. Easy to assemble, stylish, and super comfortable.

Family of 5 able to all sit on it while watching TV! Which was the goal for our smaller living room. Dogs approved of it as well.

Very spacious and good looking couch. Would recommend connectors to keep the ottomans together, but they doesn't take away from the quality. I'm pleased. Would like the option to order more pieces to better customize this.

It's not as big as I thought it would be. I wanted black, ordered black and was disappointed with the color. Their black is not black'n. The seat cushions could've been a little more softer , but all other cushions and pillows are flat and have to constantly be fluffed . I'd advise buying more pillows to make sitting back more comfortable. The ottoman's are decent.

The quality of the couch is great, there are many options to modify the layout and customer service was great. One of the arm rests came faulty and they sent us a new one. The couch however is unfortunately very uncomfortable. The back rests are way harder than expected and the spaces between each seat are a bit too large so it is uncomfortable to lay on it. The seats are also very hard. I do like the way the couch looks and the fabric is wonderful so is the color, I would say it's perfect for a guest room. But not ideal for lounging

If I could give this "couch" negative stats I would. Hands down the worst piece of furniture I've ever purchased. I hadn't even had it for a week and the arms snapped from me sitting on the "cushion" that has never fluffed up like the description claims. Not only did the arms break right away but the customer service was HORRIBLE. Gave me no help or support and actually just stopped responding to me completely. Would not recommend at all!

Yes, the price is too good to be true. The couch material is soft, but the way the couch is packed the cushions and fabric are compressed and after a month the cushions have not come back to their full size and shape and the fabric is creased around the cushions. It is very uncomfortable and will be relegated to the basement, contacting the company was of little use as they did not return email. It is as cheaply made as the price and is a disappointment.
