My sister and I looked at this sofa together online and very much liked it. Saved it to my favorites but kept looking for something else however, I kept going back to it. At the end, the reviews helped, it has some of the best reviews, and I ordered it. It was delivered a week earlier than expected and both boxes got here at the same time. I was concerned with the weight but neither box were too heavy for me to bring them inside by myself. Assembling the sofa was easy, make sure you follow the very clear EIGHT pages of instructions. Do take everything out of the two boxes and inventory all the parts before assembling the sofa, it helps if you keep the parts organized by sections. You don’t need two people to assemble the sofa, the parts are not too heavy and is quite straight and to the point. The quality of the parts is quite impressive, you wouldn’t believe it! Very sturdy and well made. Both the seat and back cushions are very comfortable, both provide amazing support for your bottom and your back. The height and depth of the sofa are just perfect for me, I am not on the tall side and love the fact that I don’t feel like the sofa is too big, my feet also touch the floor when I’m sitting on it, which is a huge win for me! The added bonus USB drive charger is such a good practical addition and the sofa having the wide arms just makes it so convenient for you to place your phone on them while it charges. The gray color is very pretty and the material is soft, it feels good on your skin and it does not make you feel hot. You get a great piece for the price and will enjoy it, I fell asleep on it while watching tv on the first night after assembling it.

for the price this couch is really worth it. moved into my first apartment and needed a cheapish couch but also my living room is small. this couch is the perfect length and is super comfy and soft. the charger in it charges my phone pretty fast as well. assembly kind of confused me but im a little slow but other than that it was really easy to assemble did it by myself in about an hour. it is a little short tho im 5’4 an the seat of the couch goes to my knees but it doesnt bother me much.

The couch looks terrific. my husband and son put it together. It looks just like the picture . I did have a rip in the stuffing encasement for the back pillow. I taped it and zipped it in the cover. I wouldn't mind being sent another stuffing for the one back pillow. otherwise, we are very pleased with the couch.

This is a great purchase for the price! I currently have a $1000 (I believed the online ad hype) couch right now that I’m replacing with this one. I just received this today, it did arrive earlier than estimated date. It was easy to assemble, it took me less than an hour.

Good couch has nice material and deep seats so you can fall asleep. Takes about 1 hour to put together. Shipped fast 2 boxes. The cushions are comfortable.

We wanted an inexpensive sofa for our playroom that could last a few years and take some abuse (3 kids and pets). This couch was on sale and offered free shipping. The couch arrived days before expected. The packaging was great and everything inside was in excellent condition. I did most of the installation myself but needed an extra set of hands for a few steps. The couch looks so nice and is very comfortable! It truly is so cozy and now one of my favorite spots in the house. The pictures online make the beige look white, but it is a creamy beige with a gentle stitched texture. So pretty! The cushions and back pillows have removable covers but there are no laundering instructions. I used a damp rag to get a marker stain out. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

So happy with this loveseat! It's very comfortable and you can plop right down. The arms are wide and spacious. (enough to comfortably lay on as a 6', 195 lb guy) Easy enough to put together (I did so alone in under an hour) and cushions expanded in less than a day. Love that the cushion covers are machine washable as well. The sofa truly looks and feels great, I echo the sentiment that it is good quality for the price.

The only "negative" thing I have to say about it is that I expected the color to be lighter but Im over it now...it turned out ti be better as it hides dirt better..( See my pictures) I was surprised that it's SUPER COMFORTABLE. I slept on it 4 nights and spent an extra night instead if going back to my bed. no back pain at all...loved it! The vendor is super responsive and offers great customer service. Note that It comes in two boxes that are shipped separately and they're heavy but im a 5'3" female and I assembled it all by myself!! the vendor emaled me a video that was super helpful! Im extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience with this sofa was disappointing. When it arrived, some parts were broken, which was very frustrating. The assembly process was also difficult and the instructions were not very clear, taking a lot of time and effort to put together. The overall material quality is not very good and feels cheaper than expected for the price. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something durable or easy to assemble.

Product only came with one tiny box and after contacting seller to request a return I am being forced to keep the product or pay a $80 return fee despite product not matching description 89" . This is so disappointing and poor customer service
