FOR THE COST THIS CHAIR IS GREAT. LOOKS GOOD, EASY ASSEMBLY, COMFORTABLE AND LARGE ENOUGH FOR A 5'9'' FLUFFY LADY. IT RECLINES EASILLY AND HOLDS ITS FULL RECLINE POSITION WELL. I DO HAVE TO STAND TO FULLY LOCK THE FOOTREST IN PLACE BUT I'M ABLE TO EXIT THE CHAIR TO DO THIS WITH NO PROBLEM AT AGE 75..

More than happy with this purchase, wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but the 2 recliners were easy to assemble, are sturdy and well-built, especially for their price point. Plus, they are comfortable, and well padded. If you are looking for a Valued priced recliner, this one fits the bill. Exceeds expectation.

With a manual recliner, don't pay for assembly because it's very easy to assemble yourself, it will take you longer to get out of the box than it will to assemble it. P. S. I don't know about chairs with heat and massage though. Thank you very much. I forgot to tell you that no tools are needed.

looks alright but was listed as $400 value for $200 . this is nowhere near worth almost 500 dollars. super skimpy stuffing in the seat. the add on side rests i still haven't been able to put them on it's so difficult. theres a boat-load of stuffing in all the right places but the seat. I'm only 116lbs and i still get a bar in the butt after some time in the chair. huge disappointment. difficult to recline and difficut to make it stay reclined if you move an inch or two.

Do not buy these recliners. They tip easily, are hard to close, and won’t stay reclined. Because of this, my mother has fallen multiple times trying to close the footrest and has nearly tipped over while getting out. These chairs are unsafe. I deeply regret buying them.

the company is a terrible company do not order from them. you call with your concerns and you are totally ignored. called Walmart itself and they cannot help because it is a third party do not order from them. I may update this if things get fixed within the 48 hour time limit

Two identical chairs ordered the same day. One was received on December 18, 2025, in excellent condition, easy to assemble, etc; however, multiple attempts have been made to receive the other chair, delivery updates, etc. and I have been "ghosted"....NOTHING!! Please help!!

I only rated this item for so I can get someone to call me back. I have been trying to get my refund that with two chairs ordered one chair was delivered to the correct address. The other chair was delivered to the wrong address the first chair which was delivered was sent back to the actual vendor by UPS STORE 5467. I have not heard a word back. I am due a refund of $202. I believe for 220 somewhere in that area because one chair was delivered it was beautiful. It is outstanding and it. My mother-in-law wanted the other chair is sitting somewhere and I’ll be doggone. I want my money. I have been dealing with Walmart on a regular basis and I need someone to get in touch with me iPad people tell me we’re gonna call you in 48 hours ain’t never happened as you can see. I’m an old military guy and I speak to language. Please give me a call at ASAP all I’m asking for from a large company like my friends at Walmart is $202 that belongs to me maybe it’s more I don’t know there were two chairs one was 205 and one was 202.

As I have advised in several other emails ; the chair is still in the box because the assembly person never showed up but they still want me to pay $75 for cancelling. Walmart picks the assembler. I did not have a choice Further, because customer service does not exist anymore, you cannot actually speak to someone to complain . I know you do not read or respond to the emails or you would know all of this already from the 4 others I have written. I will not pay for the chair. You can send someone to get it. I would rather pay more money from another vendor for better service.
