We had issues initially with the toilet leaking after installation, but we were able to tighten it up with some additional wrenches and it works great now. No leaks! The water pressure is a bit strong, but I use it to clean diapers, so it works well. As a bidet, you just want to be careful not to squeeze the handle too much.

I got this spray bidet for my parents to use and they like it. it was very easy to install and use, just that the water is cold but it is not an issue of this spray. I do think the spray could be cheaper than $20. But overall it is easy to use and install.

Hi, It has leaked since day one where the on/off volume lever is near the toilet not the nozzle so it is a manufactured defect not fixable with Teflon pipe tape they give you. I utilize the Walmart Plus portal to try to communicate with the company and after a week no response from them. Looking at the other reviews this particular company’s product leaks. I have purchased this style before from different vendors with no issues.

This bidet is absolutely terrible. The hose burst suddenly and caused serious water damage in my home. This was not due to installation, it was clearly a product failure. It is extremely unreliable and feels cheaply made. A basic household item should never pose this kind of risk. I strongly warn others not to buy this product. It can cause major damage and stress. Completely unacceptable quality.

if i could give no stars at all i would do it. the hose leaks all over the place and from every part of it. the sprayer itself leaks water. i threw away the box when i installed it otherwise i would have returned it. DON'T BUY

after a month of it being installed, there was a minor drip that went unnoticed until the wood floors around the bathroom started warping. Please please please do not buy this or something equal to this. It ruined my ceiling. It burst in the middle of the night and my bathroom flooded it ruined my ceiling. It's gonna cost me a lot of money to fix. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy this.

I like the sprayer but in less than two months the valve started leaking. No information or documentation was in the box. How can I get a new valve? Don't risk the water damage.
