I live in a manufactured home. Alot of times standard things don't work or fit properly. I purchased one for my shower it was so easy to install. It worked perfect with no leaks. I was so impressed I bought another one for my granddaughters room. Love it for the money you can't beat it.

Purchased on BF as an early Christmas gift for myself. I absolutely love it! Great quality. Very easy to assemble. I put it together in less than five minutes without looking at the instructions. My house has low water pressure and this still ran great!! Worth every penny!!

the actual assembly was a little complicated but I worked it out and the arm that holds the shower head cld be a little bigger for better water flow the whole time I'm taking a shower. it makes a sqeal noise I think it cuz I have strong water pressure and the water can't get threw enough but I'm no plumber. lol

The installation was easy and the wand makes it easy to get to those hard-to-reach areas without a lot of contortions. The shower head provides a nice, wide rainfall pattern and you can choose one or the other or both at the same time. The wand has several settings, including an "Oh my."

The item arrived on time. I purchased it for my brother who has been wanting a shower head like this for some time. The item went on sale for half price, so I purchased it as a gift. He loved the shower effect that the unit provided, however, and this is my fault, the unit uses a lot of water. With the drought as it is, our water bill doubled in cost, so the item was removed and a regular shower head is in place. We did not return the item for a refund, because my brother was hoping the drought would end, and he could use the unit again. We got the item on sale at 50% off. I gave it a four rating because of the water usage and did not recommend it because of the amount of water it used.

I bought this as a replacement for one I purchased several years ago. They have minimized quality over the years, and if I had not had some of the previous parts available I would not have been able to install this. The biggest issue was the connection between the control part and the extension tube.. If you tighten the connection enough to prevent leaks it is impossible to align the tubing correctly.

It's broken already. Putting it on the waterline cracked the cheap plastic and it sprays all over the place now. Very disappointing considering I bought it so I could use the handheld part for bath time on my son. It LOOKS decent, and the water stream on the handheld part is great but if it leaks and sprays water all over the place what's the point. Waste of $40.

after 1st use shower head started squinting water out of back of head. ok now the wand shower has done the same thing. threw away box cause who would think it was not any good. will not buy another one from here. got to have someone come and replace, what a crock.
