plastic ....I haven't set it up yet. please note that filters are needed for this item. they are pro6hard to replace (once you run out of the ones that are included). I'll update after installation and use

It's a fake and not the real ion drops shower head
It's very misleading it says on the box. Nothing about ion drops showerhead. It is from China. It says turbo charged showerhead and that's it. Nothing about ion drops showerhead like the actual one does, I thought I was purchasing the real thing and I don't think that this should be allowed misleading customers and to buying something similar, but not what they're expecting.
