Bedz King Twin Captains Bed with Trundle and 3 Built in Drawers, Weathered Black

I bought this in washed black. This is a beautiful, big and very sturdy piece of furniture. I was amazed how nice it was when a friend put it together for me. I bought two memory foam mattrresses for me and my grandson. One of my drawers got cracked in shipping and I contacted the company who responded very quickly. They offered me a fair refund and was wonderful to work with. I adore this bed it's wonderful. My grandson can sleep by me without sleeping in the same bed as I sleep alone. Ty!

Excellent beds!!! I got this for my 16 and 14 year old boys. During the day it gives enough space in their room and well at night very comfortable and sturdy! My boys are on the heavy side and so this bed is pretty strong! Loved it

I love how big the drawers are. The instructions were mostly easy to follow. I would recommend a drill with all the screws. I even had a drill bit to use instead of the Allen wrench. It seems pretty sturdy. I love the distressed look of the wood. I would definitely buy this again. My daughter loves it.

Assembly: The bed has a moderate assembly, a lot of pieces so it requires a lot of space. The first step is to place all the dowels and since I glue them, I did them the night before. After that is took about 2.5 hours. I am handy, had a screw gun, and am good with these picture directs. For someone who doesn't build much furniture, figure 4 hours. Bed(primary): Pretty strong materials and build, easily holds enough weight on the bed. It does rock a little so it will need to be pulled away from the wall but the trundle is completely separate, making it very light and easy to move. Trundle: Needs to be a pretty thin mattress but rolls very easy with the included wheels but they only travel one axis. If you want something to move in more directions it should be easy enough to put new wheels.

I like the bed, the trundle wasn't what thought it would be. I had one twin size mattress and I ordered one. The 8in just does it the top. The 6in sits behind it because the trundle doesn't close with it.
