The paper is a multipurpose drawing paper. Bee Paper is wonderful brand and this paper is great for mockups, designing, creating layouts etc. While alcohol markers bleed, water based sit nicely. Bright white pages, great for monotone or full color projects. This would also be an ideal "drawing pad" for kids.

for Christmas I got my grandchildren some real nice markers. at that time I didn't know there was special paper you could use with markers that will not bleed through. this paper is great you can drawn and markers or paint or whatever and it won't bleed through. I do purchase this product for myself also because I'm in the painting and crafts. I do purchase this item and I'll be purchasing it again

Even fat Sharpie markers don't penetrate the page. Nothing worse than losing several pages cause the colors soak thru. Artists are poor and struggling enough!

Bee Paper Studio Marker Paper Pad Is great when used with markers, it won't bleed through the paper.

This marker pad is really good. I dabble in mixed media work and tested this pad using a number of different markers: alcohol, acrylic, water, even solvent base. No bleed through! The nibs ran smoothly across the paper with enough “tooth” to work well with all the types of markers. Great product at an amazing price.
