I love this watercolor paper, it is wonderful for practice, it holds up under multiple layering techniques and is inexpensive enough to not worry about the cost of messing up a painting. I use this all the time for practice, watercolors, colored pencils, oil, pastels, pen, and ink, and anything else that I'm doodling with. I love this paper for it's quality and it's price point. The texture is a cold press so it's pebbly surface isn't ideal for color pencil, but for most water based media like watercolor, gouache and ink it holds the color well. The paper can be gessoed for oil pastel and acrylics. this paper is pretty versatile for any artist. The pic is of one of my gouache color studies as you can tell the media is true and there is almost no waffling.

I like the weight of this cutting board. It stays in place on the counter and the handle makes it easy to store on its side in an upper cabinet. The double-sided design is useful and we mostly use the veggie side, but I really like having a dedicated meat side too. It is easy to clean and has been a good addition.

It's a great beginner to intermediate watercolor artist paper . Holds up well to scrubbing . My friend and I cut them in half and fold them and make great greeting cards ! I love this brand !

I have used this watercolor paper for a number of years and find it to be a good quality. It is able at my local Walmart, but the price increased last month by /- 20%!

I have used this product for long time. very heavyweight paper, works well for other mediums too. I haven't been able to find it on amazon for this price. it's 50 sheets great value. Id more 100 more today if I had the money

Wasn't sure what to expect from this paper but I was pleasantly surprised at the texture, absorbency and weight of the paper. I would definitely buy again.

Beginner watercolor painter here and this paper makes a huge difference when working with watercolors. It is so sturdy and absorbs so much water. It is only a step down from 100% cotton paper.

I don't understand all the great reviews...this company changed their watercolor paper in their new updated cover%26 it's not as good as it was. It is whiter and smoother texture... A very smashed down texture. The back side is very smooth. I tried some soft scrubbing w/paint brush to lift color %26 it peeled/pilled the paper. Their original paper in previous tablet form was great but now the quality has declined. Will no longer purchase.

They changed the paper!! This use to be the best paper for the price but without any warning Royal Langnickel bought them out and changed the quality of the paper. It's ok for smaller/lighter paintings but thats it. I use this paper for classes and now I'm having to find something else. Very disappointed. Especially since this is the only place in town that has watercolor supplies.
