The only con would be that the pages are slightly smaller than a standard page, but the measurement are clearly in the description. The page thickness is great, takes graphite and charcoal really nicely, the cover feels great and having a binded hardback sketchbook results in a lot less smudging when the book is closed. Worth the money
This sketchbook is a hardback book. It's wonderful that no matter where in the book you're sketching, the book lies flat. Thats a definite plus. It is a bit heavy for me to take places, but i keep it ready on my art table to draw there. The paper is great and a nice weight. It also has ribbon to place on the page youre working on. Thers also a stretchable ribbon to keep the book closed tight.
The scrapbook has a refined look because the binding is secure, meaning the pages stay in the binder very securely . The quality of the pages has depth , meaning the paper is not so thin which if it was the pages would be subject to tearing.
It was a little bit pricier than I thought it should be - maybe by 15%, but the quality seems really good and it has a nice feel to it. The budding artist it was purchased for will likely love it!
Great for sketching but I plan to do simple art painting gestures on the pages as well; what a great product for art and artists; it came just in the nick of time for Kris Kringle! The delivery was awesome!
My daughter has had many sketch books but this one is her favorite. Quality pages and just high quality over all. We will continue to get this brand from now on.

Amazing quality - I was so surprised when opening it! It was a little bigger than I thought (I wanted a smaller one) but it's still great :)
i got this for my daughter who lives to draw..she loves it and its good for travel when she cant take her stuff from home
