If you know anything about taking beet root as a daily supplement, you should know that the recommended mg is above 1000. And at 8000mg, this brand beet root is superior for the money, and also for results. And it's obvious to me that now after taking this exact brand beet root at this mg dosage for one year, it definitely does the job (fantastically imo), and does what beet root is known to do for the human body. I am a repeat buyer of this exact item for almost 1.5 years now.

I know it's too early to say if this supplement is actually working, yet I do think that I am seeing some improvements. I'm taking these beetroot to manage my Blood pressure.

I like that the taste of the beets are covered up in capsules. I am otherwise not a fan of that taste. The benefits of the supplements are needed and they do the job.

in easy capsule form. beets are almost a complete food. helpful with antioxidants and blood building. lowers blood pressure. i take it to clean arteries and detox liver. NP side effects with other meds or foods.

Quality name brand and at Walmart a great value for the money. This is my second order and will continue with same brand.

For these to be 8000mg you would think they work instantly... Unfortunately, my husband has been taking them for a month now and his pressure seems to be going up... DEFINITELY will NOT be purchasing again 😭😭!!
