Sports Research® Vitamin B-Complex, 60 Count Plantgels™

After surgery, my doctor told me to take a b complex. I was concerned about getting too much vitamin b6, and I don't like taking huge amounts of any vitamin. The Sports Research B complex fits what I was looking for. It does not contain large amounts of the B vitamins like most brands, and is very reasonably priced compared to others. It contains B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, and from what I understand, that is the most effective form. The soft gels are relatively small and easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any taste. I've already repurchased twice and plan to continue taking it after recovery.

Be careful of taking b vitamins. To much is dangerous. But if you need them this product is highly absorbable and I could tell a difference in days. Very good product.

These B vitamins are in capsules, and they have a slight minty flavor to them (which is nice because other B vitamins taste gross to me). These also seem more effective to me, like my body is absorbing more and not just coming out neon yellow if you know what I mean!

I have been taking this b complex for 15 days. I have not noticed any difference in my energy levels. I did not notice an improvement in my fatigue. It is easy to take, the caplets are small and easy to swallow. It does not upset my stomach or cause any problems. I went with this brand because of the third party testing and seemingly quality ingredients.

The subscription is convenient, but I can buy for less at Costco.
