Sports Research® Sleep Complex (Melatonin-Free), 60 Veggie Capsules

This is the only supplement I have ever tried that works. I love that it is melatonin free. I take the 2 capsules and am sleepy within 30 minutes. I sleep soundly and do not feel groggy in the morning. It's a winner!

I just started using this, and it has helped me fall asleep more easily, and stay asleep. Capsule size is “normal,” not huge.

I struggle with sleep, so I love that Sleep Complex combines several supplements I was already considering like magnesium, 5-HTP and valerian root, so I don't have to take a bunch of different pills separately. I take it about 30 minutes before bed, and it helps me slowly wind down and relax. The biggest plus for me is that I don't wake up groggy like I have with melatonin or doxylamine (Unisom).

I've been having a hard time falling asleep lately, and this has been really helpful. I feel more relaxed and ready to wind down at night after taking it. It's easy to take and fits perfectly into my bedtime routine. I also like that it doesn't leave me feeling groggy the next morning. Definitely a great addition to my nighttime routine!

I really wanted to like this supplement because it has all the good stuff that is supposed to help with sleep. But unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working for me :(

I use magnesium citrate before bed and tried to switch to sleep complex, so far tried a few times but haven't been able to get a better sleep than my usual magnesium citrate and the product it pricy.

This didn't do the trick. I hoped this would help with getting to sleep better. But unfortunately this didn't work.

Has not made a difference at all for my sleep.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me and I was itchy most of the night. 😔
