I think this product is a very good quality has deep good sounds and I just like the style of it it's a very sleek style I would recommend this to anybody.

very good quality Bluetooth works great actually decently loud compared to most I've had haven't figured out how to hook it up to TV but I'm sure I'll figure it out thank you great product highly recommend

Roku TV needs the Roku TV Remote App to connect Bluetooth. Or have a headphone input. The befreesound comes with a headphone cord. Had one a year ago. It stopped working as the back on/off switch was left on for a year. The on and off button on the remote does not turn the system off completely. So turn off the switch in the back for a longer life span.

It has no power very low base sound and I can't get it to work for my TV which is OK. I already have a surround sound on my TV. Not happy with this product.

Well I have the other one as well the bigger one this one is not so great not so loud like the other and the base sucks even putting my phone volume up still don't give so I wouldn't recommend it to ppl that likes loud music this is more for ppl that don't like their music to loud

Never got my order. Got the wrong item. Sent it back . They said if I sent that wrong item back they would send me the right item.. not happy. Tried to get a refund for my money back. Gave me the runaround so I just canceled my order. But I don't see my money back.

the remote it a pc of junk. in the book that came with unit has a note ....... If Remote Control can not function it is because the Battery of remote control has been used up. quote unquote. Well I have brand new batteries even checked them to see if they were good ( mind you i just bought them ) and they checked out. So they have issues with remote and instead of fixing them they blame the batteries. i also saw when i bought unit it has Bluetooth. Can cant set it up because there is no instructions on how to pair anything to it. this is getting worse bybthe min.

Not what I expected.I expected the speaker to be way bigger than this exterior is small.Also I was expecting it to be bigger because on the photo.The speakers look, a whole lot bigger.Did y'all give me the wrong package
