Behrens 31-Gallon Steel Trash Can

Awesome feed container added the tiedown strap and it holds two 44 pound feed bags with ease. I’m sure it will hold 100 pounds of feed. Critters can’ chew their way in through the Steel. The lid almost seems airtight. Can’t beat it for $30.

I had to buy something to keep the rats out of my dog food. i had a big rat inside my container, which was plastic. it started to eat my container. i decided on a metal container and found this. it has kept the rats out of my dogs food. the rat was lucky, i threw it outside.

Bought to use as a storage for my rabbits food and supplies. Quite impressed with how much it was able to store. I stored his potty pellet 15 pound bag, 2 hay bundles for his food, 2 containers of his food pellets and small treat stick containers in the can and everything fit perfectly. The only this that I didn't like was that the can didn't come in a box of anything it was just the can by itself and the delivery was so bad they left the can outside my fence where anyone passing by could've taken it. I have a delivery box in the yard with a sign where to deliver the packages and it wasn't placed in it or even inside the yard. Very frustrated with that but other than that it's a very useful product and saved me some space in my room.

Bought it on sale at Walmart, better price than Home Depot and Amazon. I'm using it as a replacement for an old tote bin that was breaking down to keep the critters out of the garbage. It is strong, thick and galvanized steel, and the lid can be clamped on. I am satisfied and the critters have moved on.

for the price it is great I have a Rottweiler ,(Bowser) put his food in it. I am sure it be used for many other things but it is a good product thank you!

This can is very well made. It should last for five years or better. The lid goes on and off easily. The handles are strong and well made. It's large enough for about three 13 gallon kitchen trash bags.

Could not be more please with this large capacity trash can that l am planning to use for garage storage of winter blankets %26 such to protect from humidity %26 any “ possible “critter” infestation (not so with vulnerable plastic containers). Tight cover with locks on my steel can provides reassurance my articles are protected. Highly indestructible %26 Well worth the Walmart price .

Well it was a very strange purchase. I ordered 3 cans with lids in a package deal. But received 2 cans stuck together and 1 lid early. But before I had a chance to contact Customer Service I noticed that 2 more cans and 2 more lids were delivered. The Driver did a fine job getting my order completed. I did end up with an extra Can that was stuck. I separated them but some slight damage was apparent. But garbage cans often get damaged in time so I was completely satisfied with the extra can for compensation. A very strange purchase but strange is OK with me. A good story to tell and good service by Walmart. And the cans are good quality and the lids needed a handle on top so I added them myself. Thank you Walmart. The chipmunks will no longer be able to eat the Bird seed through Steel cans with lids.

We bought this to keep squirrels and other animals out of our trash, and it has worked wonderfully. The steel construction and lid clips make a huge difference. It is on the smaller side, but overall it does exactly what we needed and has been a lifesaver compared to our old plastic cans.

The damaged can affects ill fitting lid, I purchased to store and protect feed so this will not work as the lid seal is compromised with the damage. The undamaged cans are nice and functional. I purchase online I don't drive, making returning a problem.
