Several years after surgerys - put 12 screws in and a second one to take 5 screws out. The arm was still painful and scar tissue was an issue so I searched Walmart and found this arm brace to fit my upper arm. The brace helps with pain and helps reduce the gravity effect on the arm. Immediately after putting it on...the relief is instant.

This gives my upper arm great support. I tore a muscle and it has been forever healing. I am able to adjust the tightness on this brace for the correct pressure %26 support needdd. Has greatly reduced the pain in my right upper arm where I injured the muscle.

So i pulled a muscle, fractured a tendon in my shoulder/upper arm, and needed therapy. This brace has provided excellent support, it doesn't slip off, and it is very comfortable at the same time. I also love how it doesn't need to go down my whole arm to do the job. what's cool is that the adjustment is great. You would need biceps the size of a soccer ball for it not to fit. there's no meddle hinges, so it's very flexible, and great for recovery. I would highly recommend this brace.

The brace works well. Make sure you measure your arm for the size, I just guessed my size and the brace is too big but it still works.

Its difficult to get on myself. But once its on my arm stops hurting, which was the point.

It helps the pain some.
