I haven't gotten a cold yet.
I really like the flavor and the fact that it comes in gummy form. I cannot take vitamins with capsules. Also, since taking these, i have not gotten a cold.

You will love these
I love the taste of these! They are easy to chew, reasonably priced and there isn't a nasty after taste. I will continue to use this brand. I highly recommend this product.

Tasty
I bought these for myself and they taste so good my kids love them too. They include several additional vitamins, so check the daily recommended intake before giving to children. As always check with your doctor before taking any supplements :)
