If you're on ADHD meds… you already know the struggle. Things slow down. Like… way down. And I was getting real tired of having to try laxatives that never really work for me anyway Figured I'd try a different approach and get these fiber gummies… Not only do they actually work (bless), but they don't feel aggressive about it. No pain, no gas, no bloating. Just… things moving along like they're supposed to. As nature intended 🤷‍♀️ Also, important note for my ADHD people, since meds can kill your appetite, these also kill my appetite. Have to really remember to eat healthy so I don't end up lacking vitamins and minerals elsewhere. Bonus points for the taste: they taste like actual candy?? Which feels suspicious, but I'm not asking questions. Thankful for these because now my digestive system is back in business and I've officially retired my laxatives 😅

Delicious, water-soluble fiber to keep your digestive tract healthy. Easy to take, gummies are like a treat. Good addition to my vitamin and mineral regimen. Helps make me feel full when I take them before meals when hunger strikes. Worth a little more money for the taste and chewy fun.

Taste great. Large gummy so you may have to bite into two bites to take. Otherwise great. My child (12 now) has been taking for 2 years and helps keep her regular along with me.

Have tried different brands of fiber gummies for but found these the best for flavor and I like the weight management of them - they do help you to feel full and eat less and the fiber does it's job.

These gummies are as good as boutique product used by celebrities. Flavorful way to get your daily fiber. The chromium is a fast-acting appetite suppressant, as well.

They do taste great and are a pretty good price. You do have to take 3 at a time, so take that into account when looking at the number of gummies. Now to the important part: they do really work! gently. I have a chronic issue due to having to take opiods daily and these have been a Goddess-send for my tummy! 😊 (note-I do take these along with a prescription for my issue plus 2 daily prunes...I'm 50yo) So...these added to my regimen have helped a lot...big difference if I miss a dose. Hope this review helps someone ☺️

I can't really tell if they are working or not I don't seem to have any different things going on other than what we're already going on I'm not losing weight but still having problems going to the bathroom

Unlike other 1 star reviews you may find saying something like “IT NEVER ARRIVED” allow me to give you my own personal opinion on the product. I probably got through about 75% of the tube before I finally threw it away. It never once felt good taking this supplement. Was always bloated and uber gassy taking it. This product made me feel horrendous. The taste/texture is fine, but you will not feel fine after taking it. And if you do buy this, do NOT take more than one serving, as it advises on the label, to its credit. Even still, one serving is one too many.

the taste is horrible. will never buy again. requires eating a lot of strong tasting food like chips, cookie, sandwich, etc to get taste out of your mouth.
