The only downfall about these fiber, Gummies is the cost. The cost a little more than the ones I used to use, but the results of these is much better. My NP recommended these by brand and told me to make sure I did not use any other ones and he is correct I highly recommend them to anyone that has issues or just needs extra fiber in their diet.

My doctor recommend benefiber gummy's to help me go to the bathroom better and get my fiber. I was using those until I come across these. These also saved for weight management so that's a plus we shall see how it goes. Either way I'm getting my fiber thanks.

I am a Bariatric patient and use these gummies dialy. By taking 2 gummies daily i am able to stay regular with no problem. They have a variety of different flavors to choose from. The flavors are wonderful and have no nasty after taste. This bottle last me a little over a month. I would recommend this product to all my fiends and family with no hesitation. On a sale from 1-10 I give this product a 10 plus!

Horrible!!! Made with inulin. I eat a high fiber breakfast most mornings, 12-16 grams. I bought this product to supplement my fiber for meals I don't get the amount of fiber I need. It calls for 3 gummies to reach 6 grams of fiber. Even if I only take 1 gummy (2 grams) I end up with the loudest stomach!!! The whole office can hear it. It's painful and not pleasant at all. There is no “you need to get used to it”. 2 grams of fiber should NOT do this to someone!!!

Unlike other 1 star reviews you may find saying something like “IT NEVER ARRIVED” allow me to give you my own personal opinion on the product. I probably got through about 75% of the tube before I finally threw it away. It never once felt good taking this supplement. Was always bloated and uber gassy taking it. This product made me feel horrendous. The taste/texture is fine, but you will not feel fine after taking it. And if you do buy this, do NOT take more than one serving, as it advises on the label, to its credit. Even still, one serving is one too many.
