Good griddle gets really hot. Only thing I don't like is that the surrounding of the griddle has like edges that are deep so if you're cooking a liquid on there, it will spill into those edges.

Nice griddle
I love this griddle. It is for sure nonstick (a little too good). It is nice looking and made of great quality. There is only one flaw they could fix, the drain hole for the grease is not in a good place, so there for the grease does not drain like it needs to. The drain hole is too far out from the edge, and the grease doesn't flow to the drain opening like it should. You are constantly having to tilt the griddle to get the grease where it needs to be. Other than that, I love it.

Great griddle!
I purchased this to cook pancakes and it is amazing! The ceramic is smooth and I use a silicon spatula. I purchased this to replace a cheap no-stick one that had been scratched up and toxic to my family!

Wrong choice
Eggs really really really stick! Disappointing because now I figure so will pancakes. Should have gotten a cheaper one. They're usually the best
