Great product! In fact, the fit is exactly as described. I know this for sure because I ordered the XXS expecting the size to be larger than stated which is usually the case and usually too large for my 5lb. male chihuahua. The perfect fit means I need to returncit and reorder the XS. I expect it will be perfect!

My dog is small so it's hard to find things to fit him but this fit him perfecrly. The clip is very sturdy for a small dog that likes to pull and has more strength that you would think. The metal is of good quality as well, my dog loves his new harness. He has chewed others and broke the clips on them.

This is a good harness! My dog is a bigger sized Chihuahua (12lbs) and the Medium fits him perfectly. It was easy to get on and I like that it velcros as well as clips together. He seems comfortable wearing it and I feel that he will remain safely harnessed.

My dog is very fine boned and tough to fit. These harnesses have been a lifesaver for her, AND they are reflective, which I love when walking her at night. They lock in addition to the velcro. And they come with a leash. You really can't beat the value. I have gotten it in pink, lavender, and red.

It was difficult finding the right size for her she's a chihuahua mix, what I thought would work I had to return for the next size up but even that I wasn't sure of, I'd like to be able to try them on at store it's beautiful better option instead of guessing and then it's like a merry-go-round to finally get the fit right!

I've purchased MANY other leash/ harness sets for full grown tea cup dog; this is it…… the best best set I've ever bought. Its material is good, it's just made well. He can walk easily with it; looks/fits great, doesn't fight to put on or wear it. I can't even describe just how perfect this harness. I'm definitely gonna purchase many more for future use and possibly be the a hero to fellow pet parent someday.

Great, secure harness for my very active Rat-Chi rescue. Easy to put on. Very secure with an extra latch. The color and quality are nice. I appreciate the “glow in the dark” strips. The only issue I have with the leash is that it gets tangled around her body at times. Wish it had more of a swivel action to prevent the tangling.

my dogs fit xsmall and small in every product. i have an average chihuahua and the runt of applehead long hair 10 lbs. i understand i got the wrong size xs the first time so i ordered small. that one is almost too tight. who makes these products? if your going to order i would go up a size. i may have to get a medium as my small 10 lb chi barely closed

The medium is still technically a small if you have a medium size dog, I recommend getting the large as it says it's adjustable. I don't think it's very adjustable. It only downsizes you cannot extend it to make it larger. I can't imagine how small the small is, but the medium is definitely for a small size dog like Yorky or Chihuahua.

Ordered for a small, non-agressive Chihuahua. The leash threading came apart after 5 walks. Awful material. Based off sizing, an XS should have fit, it was a bit too tight, couldnt get it snapped together. Returned the xs, and purchased a Small. The small, at its tightest, is barely too big, but usable. Other than the harness sizing not really working out for us, it is esthetically pleasing; and I was a fan of the double D rings to secure the leash above the clasp. If you purchase this, I recommend using a thicker leash. My small dog is not strong at all. this leash should not have just come apart during a normal walk to the park.
