As i get older I hate being cold. It is so wonderful to get out of the shower and have yhis warm towel to wrap around you. I will never go without one now
Daughter loves this gift. She uses it daily. It wasn't even anything she asked for. It was a last minute idea I got from a Walmart recommendation. It has been her favorite Christmas gift by far!

I wish I could get the item so I could describe it. item is lost in transit, I had to reach out to the seller to ask where the item was, the seller did offer a refund but I wanted my item. they told me they would give a refund and I could rebuy it. that is very fair but I wanted the towel warmer. The refund came fairly fast.
Still haven't even received the items. I have talked to customer service twice and haven't gotten issue resolved.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The product itself wasn't bad, me and my husband just both really didn't like it. It's the return process that is nightmare. You can't return in store, it's a 3rd party from China or somewhere and they just ignore your emails. It's been over a week and still nothing! Overall highly unsatisfied.
