100/10 I us this almost every day can't believe I never had one before it's a steal only thing to consider is if you want to warm more then one large towel get a bigger model

Normally would not buy something like this but I live in Texas and try my best to never use my heat to offset the air conditioning costs accumulated in the summer. I love everything being cold, sleeping cold, rooms cold, car cold. One thing I can't stand being cold are my towels when I get out of the shower. This works for me because I can throw the towel in before I get in the shower and when I step out, I get my warm towel out to dry off. Love it.

We love this towel warmer. Our bathroom is not super warm and having a warm towel to wrap around us when we get out of the shower is amazing! The size is not too big, I would say that it can easily warm one towel at time. Haven't tried multiple towels, if so it probably would take longer. You have multiple times you can choose which is great.

This is a fantastic product and the price is reasonable! I can put 2 to 3 large towels in. My family puts their PJ's in as well! I definitely did my research and this towel warmer is great! It looks modern and the lid is actually a wood grain and not yellow as described, which is what I was looking for! I would buy this again as a gift for someone. Very satisfied!

Absolutely beautiful towel warmer. For the hard to buy people in your family, this is perfect. It'll warm bathrobes, towels, small baby blankets, even socks! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my family that is hard to buy for. And I think they'll love it when they get out of the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Having a warm towel after a shower is something I didn't know I needed until now…it is a game changer! It warms up quickly and the timer keeps the towels hot/warm. The only reason I subtracted a star is because the basin has a very, very strong chemical smell when you first open it. I had to spray a couple towels with tide antibacterial fabric spray and put it in there to hopefully get the smell out. The basin still smell like chemicals but it doesn't seem to transfer to the towels which is good.

It warms up very quickly. The sides are warm, but there does not seem to be a heating element on the bottom whatever is at the bottom of the bucket does not get heated. It also can be a little difficult to turn on especially if my fingers are cold. Sometimes I have to touch it multiple times before I can get the towel warmer to turn on. Overall, it has a nice appearance and works quite well.

We use it for our hot tub towels to warm while we soak. This one is not as large as some. Two large pool towels are so cramped, they barely get warm. Two smaller bath towels work okay but still not as hot as expected. The previous brand I had held two large pool towels and they got hot! Sadly there was no brand emblem on my first one and it lasted for nearly 10 years. I'll keep looking for one like I had before.

Cannot rate for actual heating ability as it was never turned on. Listed as 20L but is nowhere near the same capacity as another brand tried (but defective after 1 use)..same terry robe that easily fit in other had to be tightly stuffed in this one, so heating would be uneven.. it also contained a hair that was definitely not mine! Immediately returned
