My pregnant daughter-in-law and I put it together with no issues. I love how it has the pillow for my neck and lower back. After sitting infront of my computer and working on my platforms, I am not in the pain I normally was in from my previous 2 computer chairs that did not have the support like this chair does.

Item was delivered 2 days after purchase date; no problems with shipping or delivery. Assembly was very simple, my wife and I had no issues putting it together. It took us almost exactly 30 minutes to complete, and likely wouldn’t have taken much longer if it had only been one of us assembling it. All screws/holes/pieces lined up as intended. I like that they included the tool to tighten the screws, I didn’t need anything extra to put it together. The instructions mention sitting the chair out in the shade for a day to help with the leather smell, but there really wasn’t an odor to it at all. The chair seems comfortable and rolls easily on the hardwood floors. I’m unsure of how it would do on carpet/rug so I can’t give any insight regarding that. The cushions are easily removable for preference, the foot rest is easy to pull out and to put away, and the chair raises/lowers/reclines smoothly. I can’t speak yet to the durability of the chair as it’s a gift for my teenage son, but as of now it seems like it should hold up well. I have seen reviews mentioning the arm rest screws loosen with usage so I’m prepared for that to be a possible flaw. The instructions do mention keeping the tool for the purpose of tightening them if needed, so if anything it should only be an occasional small inconvenience. Overall, I think the chair is a great deal for the price I paid (approx $80) and as of now I have no concerns or complaints about this item.

I think it’s a great chair. I love how far it leans back and love the little leg stool attached to it. As far as comfort goes, I always get uncomfortable with any chair so I tend to add cushions and padding for my own comfort. So I don’t blame the chair for lack of comfort. Over all, it’s a great chair. No regrets.

It's comfortable, it has nice wheels, comfortable back support, comfortable armrests, height adjustable, back adjustments, comfortable to sit on, rest on, etc., has the feet part to pull out and fold and push back under the chair, you're able to remove the back parts that come on it if you'd like to, it's a nice comfortable chair to use when you have and/or need to sit in it for long hours, etc.

Purchased for my son, he loves it. It’s a beautiful chair looks expensive. Most importantly it is very comfortable the support is excellent. I would recommend to everyone looking to purchase a game chair this is the one to get. It arrived so quickly within days.

I recently purchased this gaming computer chair, and I have to say—comfort-wise, it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I sat down, I could feel the difference. The cushioning is plush yet supportive, making long gaming sessions or work hours incredibly comfortable. The lumbar and neck pillows provide excellent back support, and the adjustable armrests and reclining feature make it easy to find the perfect position. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, and it looks like a premium product overall. It’s honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve owned. That said, I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box. I ordered the black and white version to match my setup, but unfortunately, I received the pink one instead. While the chair itself is fantastic in terms of comfort and quality, the color doesn’t fit the aesthetic I was going for. I’m hopeful this can be resolved, because aside from the color mix-up, this chair is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend it for comfort and performance.

If you don't like to assemble this ones not for you. The chair is pretty comfortable and reclines nicely, howevere, the lever can hurt your fingers if your not careful when opening up to adjust the recline. Foot redt is nice would be better if it were longer for those with long legs. I'm 5'10 and it stops just below the calf.

I was very impressed with the packaging. Every part was clearly labeled and organized. I wish I would have taken photos, but the way the product was in the box made assembly straight-forward and unambiguous. I like the foot rest and reclining feature of the chair. I love the color. However, the reason I gave this chair 3 stars is due to comfort - it's rather hard. It's not cushiony or soft. It's nothing like memory foam or a pillow. It's firm. The neck and lumbar support pillows are also firm (I removed them). I set a bed pillow on the seat, which made the chair more comfortable. There are some nice features, but the comfort isn't there for the desk chair.

Just can't get comfortable. Without the cushions it doesn't allow you to sit up straight and causes neck and shoulder pain. I've tried every combination of cushion and none are comfortable. Tried some of my own pillows and got to a moderately comfortable combination, but not for long term. It is a sturdy chair for my 210 lbs, no issues with quality of materials.

I purchased this Gaming Chair for my son less than 3 months ago, and unfortunately the lower part has already started rusting. He was very excited about this chair, but it’s disappointing to see it deteriorate so quickly. I would appreciate if the seller could provide us with a replacement, as the chair is still very new and this issue should not be happening under normal use.
