Keurig K-Express Essentials Plus, Iced and Hot Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, White

I bought this when it was on sale for $35. I wouldn't buy it at full price. It's great for the price. We've gone through so many coffee makers and after a year they usually crap out. We've been using this for a few weeks with only purified water from gallons we buy at Walmart and it has worked well. It's super easy, only makes how much you want. I would suggest high quality K-Cups because I was using the r great value and Aldi ones and the coffee just wasn't strong. My favorite is Cafe Bustelo but I also love my coffee black and strong!

This is a slimmed down version of another model Keurig I have and it fits perfectly in a smaller space. This model is easy to clean. The grid on the drip tray is removable for easy cleaning as well as to allow a taller cup to fit. The entire drip tray also comes off easily for cleaning. There is also an indicator light to tell you when it is time to descale the unit. The water resevoir can be filled by simply dumping a cup of water into it, or remove it to fill up. The power cord is a little short but, surprisingly, the instructions say you can use an approved extension cord - highly unusual for an appliance like this. It also came with a QR code which I scanned to register and got 50 percent off my first order from Keurig. I ordered their Advent calendar so I could try a new flavor of Keurig pod every day for 24 days. Thanks Keurig!

I purchased a black Keurig after my last one died after eight years of constant use, I purchased this one because of its size and multiple functions upon opening. I quickly realized, even though on the website states that it comes with a Tumblr it did not. I contacted Keurig directly, and I sent them screenshots from the website stating that it was supposed to come with a Tumblr. They quickly rectified the issue and apologized for the inconvenience and ship me out one. Come to find out that only some colors the Tumblr was included. Evidently the black is not one of them or they forgot to put one in for the majority of the shipment upon packaging . Still a great buy so if you don’t receive one, I suggest you contact Keurig directly that was the reason for the removal of one star.

Performs as expected. For an item in this price range I think it is a shame that it is mostly plastic. It would have been a nice touch to at least include 2 pods and coupons that have no expiration date. I was very pleased that this appliance is in a shade of white that is not optic or beigey but a shade in between like linen or eggshell which can go with many decors.

I bought this model for the hot and chill features but the chill mode still dispenses hot liquid. I’m always afraid the mug/glass will crack when filled with ice and hot coffee is dispensed even in the cold mode. Also, there is no oz setting for the cold mode. You only get 6 ounces or less.

This item description for this indicates that an Iced Tumbler is included with the product. It is not included. We ordered two of them, and returned the first one, assuming that someone previously returned the item because all of the internal packaging had already been removed, and there was no tumbler. The second one that we received was new because it was shipped from the warehouse, with all of the original packaging intact, but again, NO TUMBLER. This is false advertising and you will not receive what you paid for. Walmart should reach out to Keurig to discuss and correct this.

I’ve had this coffee maker for 1 week. As soon as I made my first cup of coffee I knew by looking it didn’t brew 10oz. I measured at it was 7 ounces. Every cup has been the same until this morning. It looked to be significantly less so I measured it and it was 4 ounces. I have only ever had a Keurig because I only drink about 2 cups a day. The first one I ever owned was the large bulky one and it lasted for years. When it died a year ago I bought another model and it died in just under a year. This is the model I found with the most positive reviews last week so I bought it. It’s definitely not worth the money, with it only brewing such a small amount of coffee each cup I can just imagine the other issues I will have. I will be returning it. I don’t recommend this model or any Keurig anymore. The original model isn’t the same quality I read, Keurig costs too much for this quality.

It worked for about 12-14 cups then stopped pumping water. Already have to warranty it. Another issue is that it's supposed to make 6, 8, %26 10 ounce cups but it's more like 5, 7, %26 9. Haven't tried the iced tea selection so can't say what it does. Simple to operate if you get one that works.

This coffee maker is a piece of junk! I had a keurig previously that lasted me years. So I bought this one thinking it would do the same. Wrong!! It gets coffee grounds in EVERY single cup. I have tried everything to make it work right. Nope. If I had the box still I would take it back to Walmart but unfortuately for me I don't.

First of all the box came with a giant hole in it but the product did not seem to be damaged in appearance, so I plugged it in put water in the reservoir and tried to brew however, the machine keeps saying add water. I tried to troubleshoot didn't work. I finally figured out that we have to put heavy pressure on the reservoir in order for it to take water. This is crap. This isn't the first time that I've gotten crap from Walmart. Usually if I buy in store, it's good but most of the time when I buy online it's crap but the product did not seem to be damaged in appearance, so I plugged it in put water in the reservoir and tried to brew however, the machine keeps saying add water.
