I love it very functional for all my sublimation work.
Great product
Overall, the product does it's job, and it does it very well. The product is supposed to be able to rotate, and it's fairly stiff, but it still works great, especially for the price!
The heat press is easy to use and has very good instructions

This heat press was sturdy and mostly assembled. It had presses for cups and hats as well as the flat press. The instructions weren't detailed enough for me. I have never used something like this and didn't know how to set the pressure correctly. I finally decided it was too complicated and too big to find a place to store it. I decided to return it and get a simple flat clamshell heat press. Returns to the store were easy, thank you Walmart!
Bottom line, it's getting so much easier to do transfers that take up less space, that this machine could only benefit the larger small businesses, and not the home business.
Wrong item.
I have not had this heat press even a total of six months, and used it maybe a handful of times. I purchased in December 24 and had to stop using in May 25. On my last use, it nearly started a fire in my home. As I was pressing an item, it started sparking. I don't know if it is poorly designed. The swing design also puts stress on the cords. I believe each time you attach or detach the cord to use a different press it causes stress on the cords that connect it. Whether it be the hat press or the tumbler press, the cords that attach the temperature gauge kink often and I think maybe caused the spark? Not 100% sure, but anything that sparks is a fire hazard, and I don't want it in my home! I have contacted the seller and I'm waiting to hear a reply from them. Hopefully they rectify the situation.
