I rarely leave reviews unless something is extremely horrible or surprisingly wonderful, this hose reel is amazing. It is heavy duty and easy to assemble. Hubby, MacGyver Jr. put it together with no issues. Everything was there and a set of complete instructions included. Once assembled we rolled up our very heavy duty 200 foot hose with ease. The wheels are large and easy to maneuver around. This is a keeper and was delivered much sooner than expected. Doing a happy dance here. We had previously purchased one for the same price at Menards that was total junk. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Recently purchased some heavy duty garden hoses and needed a reel that could handle them. This is an excellent reel and will last many years.

I am impressed by the sturdy construction . It is very light and i can move it around easily. There is only one problem. The assembly was too hard for this old widow. A younger person (man) could find it much easier. I am pleased that I made a good choice when i bought this Hose Reel.

This item is ok. I've only had a couple months and it is already rusting. The design to me is backwards where the upper section is attached to the lower section. The design allows water/rain to enter into the piping. Allowing for more future issues with rusting I am sure.

Benton Hose Reel appears well made. The reel input spicket is inline with outside drum reel making the hose difficult to attach. The input hose spicket leaks leaving puddles of water when used. I changed washers with no success. It's the connector on the reels input hose provided with the reel.

The directions were very hard to understand. Had to keep looking at the pictures in the instructions. That helped a little! The sodering on the metal parts looked poorly done. This reel could not hold a 250 ft. hose, believe me. It is cheaper than the hose reel on Amazon. A great many parts to put together. It took 3 1/2 hours to put together. You defintely need someone to help. You have to be a better thinker than what the instructions stated. It took more than 1 screw driver and the stated wrench. Hopefully, it will last a few years.

this is not for regular garden hose... it's for a small hose like a power washer thin hose...did not say that until you get it . only holds 100 feet of regular size hose. I like the hard wheels.

save your money compleat junk started rusting in less than 2 no this was a compleat waste of money do not buy this it's not worth the money it does not deserve 1 star the metal it's made of a toddler could bend and break it the directions to put it together are terrible wish I had never bought this complete junk

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The bolts provided for the wheel assembly do not stay screwed in. they are too small. Purchased the next larger bolt at the hardware store and they are too large. I had to rig it with lock tight on the bolts to get it to stay together. NOT what I expected for the price I paid!

Hose connection broke after the return eligibility was out the company that handles the warranty is very hard to get ahold of and the customer service is terrible their website is very hard to navigate thru to check your order status I would not recommend this not worth the money and the after sale hassle
