Metal mounting bracket is heavy duty, retracting is quick and smooth. I like that I can remove the unit from the bracket and store it in my shed over the winter.

so far it reliable but if you want more water pressure go with 5/8 hose cause it take longer to water my garden with this 1/2 hose that's the downside

Works great only issue is the connection between hose and sprayer drips and I cannot disconnect it. The sprayer will not turn out as the hose goes inside the handle of sprayer there is no way to get a grip on it the reel works great

so far i really like this hose. My husband just recently installed it, so i havent had a chance to really use it yet , to write a review. i do hooe it tirns out to be all i had hoped.

So far sor good. The only problem i can see that it's going to wear out as you let it wind back in. I woukd suggest always winding so that it doesn't drag on the ground, especially a driveway

two of the three works great but the third one was broken in the box and I have attempted to contact sellers twice with no response. it could be repaired by me if I had the parts but now I just want my money back

I bought two of these. One was bought July 2024 and the other was more recently bought Aug 2025. By May 2026 both were not reeling back into the unit. I am very disappointed because they were great until the hoses stopped reeling back. I was offered 30% refund. I took the refund, it was better than nothing. These hose reels really should have lasted longer than they did.

No not order this!! It has zero water pressure and I tried to return it. I emailed within the 30 days but they ignored my email until after the 30 days and would not allow me to return it. I explained the situation several times through email but they would not allow me to return the item. Buyer beware!!

There is very little pressure. I have a regular hose that has great Pressure and hook this up and it constricts flow. I have been trying for 2 weeks to return it, but there customer service said "This type of outlet pressure is the conventional outlet pressure, not high pressure" I realize that it is not going to be like a pressure washer but you can't even water flowers because you lose all pressure when you spray for about 5 seconds.
