Expert Gardener 5/8-Inch x 25-Foot Light Duty Garden Hose

Let me tell you — this hose gets the job done without breaking the bank. I grabbed the Expert Gardener 50FT Light Duty Garden Hose for everyday yard use, and it’s been a solid addition to my outdoor tools. It’s super easy to maneuver, especially if you don’t want to fight with a heavy-duty hose every time you water your grass, plants or wash down the patio.

It's a quality hose, not prone to kinking. I have been experimenting with various newfangled hoses, like the stretchy ones and the metal ones, but those are not functional, really. This hose is reliable and works perfectly. This was definitely a good value for the money.

For the money it’s a great hose. I’m elderly and my hands are weak now so I was worried that I might have trouble connecting it to my outside faucet but it went on really easy and I was able to tighten it with no problem so water was not leaking. Good garden hose and works well enough to rinse off the car as well.

Well, it's a $10 hose so don't expect much. In less than a week of daily use while being under pressure with a sprayer attachment it is already starting to split. I can't really go off on a tangent about kinking, leaks, and poor quality when it is a 25-foot $10 hose. No company can sell a high-quality hose for this cheap. So if you want high quality, you gonna have to dish out the dinero.

It is exactly a PVC hose from yesteryear. Hard in shade and soft in sun. Works fine for setting spinklers or hand watering bushes. My yard is long and uphill and need a number of hoses to get to upper plants. Kinks sometimes as I drag it from plant to plant. I don't drink from it as I did as a kid. Thin wall but no leaks or visible defects after several months. I live in West WA area were sun damage not a wory. Enjoy your time outside.

Of course, the hose pipe was cheap when I paid for it so I didn’t expect a lot. A service is purpose to water my patio garden. The water squirts out from the connection and all directions so basically I think I got what I paid for something cheap and very basic.

liked it at 1st. it did already have a kink in it. But carried on using it. Seemed sturdy was doing the job well. So left the tap on was coming back to do more watering. As l turned the corner there was a fountain of water shooting out sideways. the hose had split at the seam near the attachment to the tap.. So it never really lasted long.

Bought for watering my flowers on porch, but the hose refused to stretch, and kept coiling up on itself like an old phone cord. As a senior, it way worth fighting to use this hose. I thought it would been easy, but going back to my easy watering cans.

I bought one of these hoses a few weeks ago. It split and water went everywhere. I thought someone had stepped on it so i bought another, but it just happened again a few days later. Now im on to buy by 3rd hose in one month from a different brand. Both splits were about 1 inch near the end where it attached to a sprayer.

I purchased three of these and they all leak in the same location where the two metal parts join up by where you put it into the spigot… it doesn’t leak from the spigot. The threads are OK just the two brass colored joints that are supposed to swivel around it’s a mess.
