A real hassle
The item was sent used, and missing parts. Warped, which was likely why it was returned. Obviously not checked before reshipping to another customer. In asking for a replacement, the return is still "in transit" by FedEx after 8 days, and the new item will not be shipped until the return is received. How many days more? If it affects your business like it is affecting mine, I would just return it and order your own replacement. It may be a double cost for a week or so, but better than this headache. Can't even tell you if it works.

Looks great, but can't get it to work.
Ordered it for small packages. I currently have a tiny scale about 5 x 5 and the digital readout is on the scale itself, so it's difficult to measure anything much bigger than 5 inches.. This scale would be great for my needs, and did have great reviews, except I think I might have got a dud. Mine is stuck in some mode that I cannot get it unstuck. Will return and might try to purchase another since other people had good experiences.
