This Bluetooth thermal printer is light years better than the cheap imported model I was using from a different company which broke in 4 and a half months only. Setting up this unit was a breeze and I was printing shipping labels in no time. The print quality is great and I love the fact it came with 50 labels and a stand for them as well. Really excellent choice for my hard earned money.

I really like this label printer. First off, it had been in my cart for a while… then my printer bit the dust and I was immediately in a bind to ship orders. The print quality is good. It’s fairly quiet. It is reasonably priced especially considering it comes with the label holder which can support shipping labels as well as rolled labels and also came with 50 shipping labels. I definitely recommend this thermal printer!

Printer was very easy to set up and begin using. Took maybe 3 minutes after unboxing the printer to make my first print. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that is selling online as it removes the headache of keeping up with all the QR codes.

only issues are that you cant control the print speed and the darkness can be controlled but even at the darkest sometimes it is very light when printed. by far easy (ease of use), hooking up was just a matter of plunging it in...not for photos. perfect sized thermal shipping label printer though!

Arrived and didn’t even park and I needed to print shipping labels asap. So this was very inconvenient.

It wouldn't stay connected, the app is horrific, and when I finally did get it to print it was spotting and missing where it was supposed to print every time. Do not buy this printer, I went with a cheap one off Amazon for a fraction of the price and it works a million times better

The printer uses the app InstaPrint which is terrible for shipping label printing. You constantly have to reconnect the item via Bluetooth. Unlike other apps, InstaPrint does not allow you to right size the label so the labels come out very small and unreadable.
