Berkley Gulp! Alive! 1" Minnow

The Berkley Emerald Silver Gulp Alive Minnow is an awesome bait with excellent action in the water. Fish can't seem to resist it. I've caught catfish, bass, and panfish all using these. The movement, moreover, looks super natural, and the scent definitely helps draw them in. They're durable enough to last through a few catches but still soft enough to feel realistic. I like that you can recharge them in the Gulp juice and keep using them. Overall, a great all-around bait that really delivers, definitely worth keeping a jar in your tackle box.

I dropped one of these Berkley Emerald Silver Gulp Alive minnows in the water and I swear the bass acted like it was a free buffet at Golden Corral. Didn't even give me time to sip my sweet tea before one near yanked the rod outta my hands. Smells strong enough to clear a sinuses, but if it works this good, I'll put up with it. Five stars—worth every whiff! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The berkley 1 inch gulp minnow, regardless of color (though I prefer emerald or smelt) is absolutely deadly on crappie, perch, white bass, and bluegill. I jig it behind a small hair jig, rig it on a 1/64 oz ball jig under a float, or bb shot it nose hooked on a size 10 mosquito hook, and it never fails. Even in highly pressured water, I can usually catch more fish than the live bait guys. Try it on a split shot under a Thill wobble bobber.

Awesome softbait. I caught my personal best Crappie with one of these on a Betts beetle spin. At the end of the day you can put this back in the jar and use it the next time. Don't leave it on your hook because it will dry out hard as a rock.

Pair this with a 1/64th trout magnet jig, some 2 of 4lb mono and watch the fish roll in. Lots of species love these minnows.

awesome for panfish and Bass too

One Crappie after another caught on the 1" Shad Colored Gulp Minnow when used on any 1/16 or 1/32 oz jig head. Caught numerous Bream and Bass (up to 14") too. Constructive Criticism: I wish the Gulps were a bit tougher. They seem to deteriorate after 3 fish caught.

These little minnow like rubber fish - caught crappie. Good size fish too. They are not any more fragile than others , but do wiggle like a live fish its size. In-between I caught a nice size Bass and a Sandy too! It may be my lack of expertise in using this type bait - but each big miss or catch- equaled one lost bait! For me, that was still a bucket full of fish! Cost less than the half pound of shiners i usually buy to Crappie Fish and we know Crappie won't bite on dead bait - These do wiggle almost on their own, just sitting still with no movement from me. it made for a Fun Fishing Trip - and I plan on trying the smaller size next
