I have used Power bait for trout so I have to try for panfish. We will see what happens hopefully real good for white and black crappie.

I believe you could use a naked hook with this on it and catch your limit.

I love this stuff. It lasts awhile in its durable jar. Its cost is negligible for the amount of fun you can have pulling in panfish after panfish. The smell is strong so wash your hands after handling but the fish sure don't mind! Quite the opposite. Haha. It takes up very little room in my tackle box but I always make sure to bring it along no matter the species I'm targeting because I've caught all manner of fish with it. Get some for yourself and see. It works.

I know the package says crappie but for 2 years in a row this has been my favorite bait to tip my trout lures with when ice fishing. I think it works better than the same color in the trout nuggets.

We caught few whites with this, a decent bait for small fish

It was not what I expected. The bait is spongy and doesn't stay on the hook very long. I don't feel like I got any extra bites from fish using this bait. It may work from shore fishing for sunnies. I was kayak fishing looking for crappies using a small jig and swim bait. I tipped the jig off with one of these. If the were harder it might help keep them on the hook longer.
