Love this umbrella!! It turns so easily, it closes so easily, the shade it gives is great coverage from the sun. The solar lights are really just for looks but look beautiful :) The base is big but it has to be for the size and movement of the umbrella.
Very good product, easy to install. Only issue was several screws were found on the deck after installation. I cannot find where they came from so I don’t know if they came loose somewhere or if they didn’t belong in the package. Clarification would be appreciated.

Great shade but solar lights don’t work. I paid extra for this feature because the area we needed this is very dark in the evenings
The solar cell was broken when we attempted to install it. I contacted the company and even offered to pay for a new one but was told to just forget it. They would not send me a replacement. Terrible customer service
nice umbrella but came with missing parts i just took my umbrella out of the box yesterday for the 4th of July and my Husband had to go buy some scews for it . And my handle that opened up my umbrella was missing and the instructions book smh that's to much money to be missing pieces 😔 and it's to big for me to be trying to ship back so if you go sale something please make sure all the parts re in the box......
There was a tear in the fabric after unboxing due to some kind of rubbing action . Customer service did reply accordingly .But before I sent any pictures they said that there was no replacement part for just the fabric. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!BUYER BEWARE.
After just 3 months the solar lights do not work and the umbrella cover top is ripped off and is rendered useless. This happens because it's rubbing against the solar cap on top of the umbrella. It only has a 60-day warranty so it's a big waste of money.
Within 3 months our beautiful umbrella had badly faded. It was Red. The company is sending a replacement but if it’s the same quality it will just quickly fade again. They didn’t give me a choice to choose a different color
