Love these baskets! Perfect size, very sturdy. They did send me the wrong color…I ordered expresso, but they shipped me the natural. Turns out the natural worked better! Then I did order expresso ones for a guest room.

It looks great, and it's perfect for my intended purposes. Be mindful when you're attaching pieces. I was a little too rough and chipped a piece of wood. It was easy to conceal, so there was no issue there. I hope you like yours as much as I do mine.

I did not like all the holes and screws. It is sturdy but they shoul have counter sunk the outer screws and had the little wood plugs to cover the heads of the screws instead of the sticky dots that make it look cheap. Other then that, it's good over all and works out well for whatever you need it for

Was not easy to put together. One wrong move and the whole thing is not able to be completed. Had a screw bent and ended up using nails to drill and became 6 instead of 9 shelves. For the price was worth it. However wasn’t worth the frustration to be unable to put together properly.

I’m very disappointed with this item. Assembly was next to impossible. I was shorted assembly parts and some broke. I attempted to use their online support service but the website is not to be found. The shelves are not stable, screws are visible. The nails to hammer in the backing are so tiny that you smash your fingers trying to hammer them in. I would not recommend this shelving system at all.

I was very disappointed in this cheaply made product. I started putting it together and it started breaking apart. Very poor quality product! I definitely do not recommend.

Holes did not align for assembly Difficult to put together until I figured out it was not possible without altering it myself . Cube shelf cubes ordered did not fit

I really wished I would have read all of the reviews but I thought oh it’s just a book shelf…this bookshelf is horrible and I am pretty experience with putting thing together so I know what I’m doing…when I inserted the screws with a SCREW DRIVER…the 3 of the shelves split…I’m so distraught right now…I just bought a beautiful light oak tv stand with barn doors and I wanted my bookshelf to match it…I’ll make the best out of it and be on the search again soon

This item looks okay if you mange to get it assembled undamaged. I ordered two, they arrived with several nicks and the material fell apart in places as it was put together. One box had the wrong pieces and I had to make my own holes to make it work, and the dowel rods easily broke. I know this wasnt an expensive product, but the quality is horrible. You get what you pay for.

The shelves are held together with dowel pins. The item I received looked to have been a returned item. The box was filled with sawdust, there were scratches on the surface, and 3 of the dowel pins were already broken when it was received. They wanted to send me a FedEx shipping label to return the item which would have required me to drive over an hour to the nearest FedEx with an extremely heavy large box. I demanded a refund and trashed this item.
