Love this product. Works great in that it helps me sleep through the night from the Magnesium. Potassium helps lessen muscle cramps and Calcium helps strengthen bone growth and more.

Best for helping me sleep and heart health

I appreciate the combination of having Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium in one tablet. I just wish the tablet wasn't so large. I also appreciate I only have to take 2 tablets. Many other companies that have this combination require 3 or 4 tablets daily.

I have seriously bad circulation issues /leg cramps I was told to increase my electrolytes and that these specific vitamins would help I'm not sure they are absorbing into my body correctly to receive full benefits The tablets are large so if you have issues swallowing pills this may not be for you I will try/find a gel cap for the future

These pills are MASSIVE. Biggest pill I have ever seen. I cant swallow a whole one, I have to break it in half just to get one down. They are solid powder pills and at least 25% of them are already broken or chipped in the bottle. I easily break them with my fingers, no need for a pill cutter.

120 but half of them are broken inside the container so I've been tossing so many broken pieces I've wound up with maybe 60 pills in total? My puritans pride was out of stock so I got these as a substitute man are they terrible. So so bad. I might just take the financial hit and see if my others are back yet. The bottle itself feels SO CRINGE to touch just for a couple moments to put 7 pills into my weekly pill minder if I can find 7 whole pills in the container. And lucky me I have two WHOLE BOTTLES. Like I said I will take the hit financially and just toss them. GROSS.

First off, they are HUGE vitamins. But my big problem with them is they DO NOT DISSOLVE! I accidently saw a whole vitamin in my stool and so I experimented by putting a vitamin in warm water to see how long it takes to dissokve and after two days it had NOT DISSOLVED! GARBAGE!
