I eat mine with apple sauce bc it's easier for me. Doesn't taste like anything.. able to eat within an hr. Gut health is very important %26 to me the ingredients are natural

Bloat gone, gas gone, zero taste. You could mix in a glass of water if you wanted . Great aid in fixing digestive issues.

I think this may have been part of my missing piece to getting over the plateau I was on. I was stagnant in weight loss and was doing everything right. I always felt bloated and just like my food was sitting in my tummy, a friend of mine mentioned this to me and I got it and also got locked in with my cardio; then BOOM down 12 lbs since January 1st. I do think it could mix a bit better because most times it doesn't all dissolve for me, but it's not terrible so I just throw the leftover chunks back.

Took it for a few weeks. No real difference.

The usability of the product is pretty bad. It doesn't mix in with water or juice very well, and it seems to solidify into a paste in a hot drink like coffee. There is not a lot taste, but what is there is not pleasant. I also don't see or feel results. If anything, it leaves a bloated feeling that I don't typically deal with.

Sadly this stuff made me so sick 😞 it gave me awful gas pains, nausea and felt like I could barely eat. I couldn't continue taking it.
