Best Naturals Lactase Enzyme 180 Tablets

It is critical for me to have Lactase on hand 24 x 7. This brand is the absolute BEST I have used (and I have used several over the past 15 years!) I order six months worth at a time and am always please with the speed of shipping with this seller. I don't EVER allow my supply to run out and I would be very disappointed if this brand, BEST NATURALS, was not available thru my Walmart app!

only 1 is a serving.. some other brands you have to take 3. Gives the lactase I need to counteract the lactose.

I had bad heart burn, which a friend told me that I was lactose intolerant because it happens when I drink milk shakes and things like that. So I started to write everything down and when I had heart burn. Turns out she was right. So I ordered the lactose pills and they worked great for me.

I've used these for years and have found them to be effective. Depending on your lactose intolerance level, you may need a few of these. I take about 4 or 5 if I'm having ice cream or pizza.

This helps. The problem happens to be, never knowing how much dairy is in something and basically having to guess. I have learned to guess with taking more than not enough. I get to enjoy things again like ice cream and cheese on a limited basis. It's nice to indulge once in awhile.

Works well. I've suffered from severe lactose intolerance for over 40 years and have found few products that work. I have to take about double the recommended dose (the reason for 4 vs 5 stars), but it does work and reasonably priced.
